Marjorie A. Bennett, CFA is the principal of Aegis Capital Management, Inc. Ms. Bennett has been involved in the asset management and general finance businesses since 1981. Aegis Capital Management, Inc., was founded in 1998 with Ms. Bennett as the principal professional. Prior to Aegis, Ms. Bennett worked as a vice president in the San Francisco office of Morgan Stanley and had also been employed as a senior financial executive for Bay Area companies, including one of the original "Big Eight" public accounting firms.

Ms. Bennett received her B.S. degree in accounting, graduating cum laude from the University of Colorado at Boulder, and her M.B.A. degree from the University of California at Berkeley. She holds the designation of Chartered Financial Analyst
